About 300 guests, including representatives from British overseas Chinese organizations, business associations, various sectors, and overseas influencers, gathered together to witness this grand celebration of Central Plains culture.
The "Central Plains Culture Going Global" project, supported by the Chinese Embassy in the UK and the Henan Museum, was jointly initiated by the UK Yellow Emperor Cultural Innovation and Development Foundation, the Sino-British Technology Innovation Platform, and the China-UK Social Media E-commerce Center. The ceremony was jointly hosted by Jiao Jianguo, Chairman of the UK Yellow Emperor Cultural Innovation and Development Foundation; Du Yutong, Director of the China-UK Social Media E-commerce Center; and Ren Xiang, Chairman of the Sino-British Technology Innovation Platform.
The Henan Museum's "Yubo Cultural Creation" brand, as one of the key highlights of this event, attracted much attention with its cultural and creative products. Interactive items such as gilded blind boxes and archaeological blind boxes beautifully combined traditional culture with modern creativity, allowing participants to experience the essence of Chinese culture in a fun and engaging way. Cultural products like Wang Duo's calligraphy folding fans, silk-dancing flying fairy dolls, Tang Dynasty horse series blind boxes, and dance-themed brooches stood out for their exquisite craftsmanship and unique design, showcasing the deep cultural heritage and artistic charm of Chinese culture.
On the other side of the venue, the "Hua Fu Lai Chao" brand IP added a dazzling touch to the vibrant display of traditional Chinese clothing culture, injecting continuous vitality into Sino-British cultural exchanges. The custom-designed Hanfu, inspired by museum themes, featured brilliant designs and exceptional craftsmanship with unique fabric patterns. Among them, styles like the Song Dynasty's "Floral Light and Shadow," the Jin Dynasty's "Green Smoke Rain," and the "Immortal Cloud and Rose" collection captured the attention of the guests, many of whom tried on the garments and took photos, personally experiencing the allure of Central Plains culture.
During the event, brands like "Yu Lai Yu Chao," "Intangible Cultural Heritage Chao," and "Hua Fu Lai Chao" showcased their presence on the international stage, enhancing the British public's understanding of Chinese culture and strongly promoting Sino-British cultural exchange and cooperation.
Du Yutong, Director of the China-UK Social Media E-commerce Center and President of the China-UK Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association, emphasized the significance of spreading Chinese culture overseas. The development of new media has greatly accelerated the process of global cultural integration, and he expressed hope that through new media, the world can experience the charm of Chinese culture.
Since its establishment, the China-UK Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association has attracted more than 7,500 members from various fields such as the internet, e-commerce, media, real estate, education, retail, and finance. The Secretary-General of the Association, Ma Muyao, said, "The five-thousand-year history and culture of the Chinese nation is brilliant, and Central Plains culture is a microcosm of Chinese civilization. We are committed to shouldering the responsibility and mission of spreading Chinese culture with the 7,500 members of the China-UK Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association."
The Henan Museum expressed its intention to continue actively participating in more cultural exchange activities and looks forward to bringing more Central Plains culture to the world stage through Yubo Cultural Creation.
